This presentation will cover recent trends in independent research on cybercrime methods and techniques. It will also include trends in cybercrime with a unique perspective from a managed security services provider collecting attack data from more than 10,000 devices located in all 50 states.
Bio:
Wayne Haber is the Director of Architecture at SecureWorks. He has been in the technology field for 15 years delivering software and doing security and integration consulting at hundreds of organizations in multiple countries. Wayne was a contributing author to the SANS HIPAA implementation guide and is frequently invited to speak at various trade events. He presented at the RSA security conference, CNET radio and at the SANS webcast series.
