Communication management is an integral component for the success of your organization, team or project. Without these skills, your inability to communicate effectively, vertically and horizontally in your organization, will be limit your successes. The goal of this presentation is to identify key communication methods and outline basic communication skills and techniques which will increase your ability to succeed.
Bio:
As a leader in process re-design and procedures, Brent Nair has worked with Fortune 100 companies to redesign existing processes and develop new procedures. Through the use of effective communication skills, Mr. Nair’s efforts have been successful.
As a certified counselor, Brent learned what is necessary to be an effective communicator. These qualities assisted him in his transition to Information Technology. Over the last 10 years, he has worked with clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, financial and shipping sectors. Mr. Nair is currently the Chief Information Officer for Wunderlich Securities, (www.wunderlichsecurities.com) a financial services firm headquartered in Memphis, TN.
He is a member of both the Memphis ISSA and PMI Chapters, and has holds the following certifications; CISSP, PMP and the GIAC Legal Issues in Information Technology and Security (GLEG).
